All payments must be in US Dollars ($ USD). I primarily invoice through Square. You may pay your invoice with any major credit card or debit card.
All designs greater than $300 require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. The balance will be due upon approval of the design, before any files are transferred or delivered.
Designs less than $300 require full payment upfront.
Monthly maintenance packages are automatically billed through PayPal, unless other arrangements are made at the time the contract is finalized. Payment is due on the 5th of each month. Any monthly maintenance package that is not paid in full by the 15th of each month is subject to a 10% late payment fee. Any package not paid in full by the 20th of each month is subject to cancellation.
All quotes are valid for 30 days. After 30 days you may resubmit your project for an updated quote.
Nearly all of my communication is done by email. It is easiest for me to communicate this way, and ensures that I have notes to refer back to as I am working on your project.
Once a design is installed on a client’s website, a link back to Creative5 Designs shall remain in place as long as the design is on your website, unless arrangements are made in advance. This link is generally a text link located in the footer of the website and is unobtrusive to the overall design.
